Split Stars Quilt

Well September is here and I'm back to work. I have to say that my bookings really filled up quickly over the summer with regular clients booking 2-6 quilts at a time and am now currently booking into January!  I don't usually like to be booked out that far so am going to try my best to keep up with all the quilts coming in this fall.
The first quilt for September was made by Angele and the pattern is called Split Stars by A Bright Corner. It is going to be a wedding gift for a very lucky young couple.

The pantograph is Bayside, white So Fine thread and she brought Hobbs 80/20 batting.

We have been getting some nice thunderstorms this week and I was able to capture a lightening strike behind a double rainbow.

  2. A gift that will be a wonderful treasure for them, and what a sky photo, that was amazing to see both the lightning and two rainbows.

  5. I saw a complete rainbow here in Chartres France last week but no lightning with it! Amazing. See you are as good as ever with your camera!
