2012 Blogbook
Today I received another package in the mail and this time it was the blog book I ordered. Every year I like to print out my blog so I have a hard copy of all the posts about my quilts and those that I have quilted for clients. This year I picked a grey design for the cover to allow the picture I picked to stand out. I get my books printed by Blog2Print and am always happy with the job they do. This year my book was 208 pages, the biggest so far.
I thought I should also let you know that I have taken off the option to comment using Anonymous. The reason is I have taken off the word verification making it easier to comment but as soon as I did that I was getting about 20 spam messages a day, all using the Anonymous option. So by eliminating that option, no more spam. If you had used the Anonymous option in the past to comment or ask me questions please feel free to just email me anytime.
This is a great idea! Your knack for taking spectacular pictures, then packaging it into a book would make a wonderful coffee table selection of books.
ReplyDeleteI love making a book of my blog each January. Yours must be amazing to page through with all those fantastic quilts to look at. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea, to print your blog as annual book. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! Love the book and I'm sure it's fun to revisit all of the quilting you've done through out the year;)

ReplyDeleteOh, that IS a great idea! I had forgotten about that option of printing out our posts. Yours are lovely.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info on anonymous posts as well. I have been getting so many spam comments too and didn't want the word verification.
I can't believe you have four years of blog records. Where does the time go? What a wonderful idea and another great way to journal. You'll have so much fun looking back over the years and sharing with family and friends. Super idea!
