Okay it's not that spooky but my client did make a cute Halloween quilt using the Magic Tile pattern. The orange fabric in the 'leading' of the tile blocks really highlights the Halloween fabrics nicely. I quilted with Black So Fine thread and used my new Plush pantograph.
I have been dyeing fabric this week and made another grand discovery...you know the 'oops' kind. I'll share that story in my next post.

My tomatoes are doing pretty good and I might even get a few to ripen on the vine! |
The quilt will looks great, Kathy. I am sure someone is going to be pleased. Your tomatoes are doing better than mine. I have lots of lovely green ones but I doubt they are going to ripen on the vine. Every fall I wish I had decided to rebuilt the greenhouse in the spring. Maybe next year. A
ReplyDeleteGreat quilting, Kathy. Perfect style for this halloween quilt, and I love the makers piecing. Your tomatoes look 100% better than ours. I'm afraid ours met up with an awful hail storm about a month ago and all that's left of them are the stalks. No tomatoes for us.....
