This sweet baby quilt is Shelly’s and the pattern is by Annie Brady Designs and can be found to purchase here. The pattern is called Big Bear and the fabric collection is Big Sky by Moda. Shelly asked for my free hand wood grain quilting and it really suited it so well! I used off white So Fine thread and Quilters Dream Blend batting.
Today I received my Blog Book in the mail from Blog2Print. This is something I have done every year since I started my blog back, in 2009, so I have a hard copy of my blog since the beginning of my longarm career.
Woodgrain is perfect for the bear. super choices for the fabrics, nothing overpowers the other. And a yearly blog book, a wonderful record to keep always.
Thanks for posting about my Big Sky Bear quilt! You did a great job with it :) Just to let people know - while the pattern is no longer available for free, shops can order it through Moda Fabrics and it's available as a pdf download through my website: https://anniebrady.com/shop Thank you!
