Janice made this fall themed Square in Square quilt using blocks she received in a block swap. They are 12" square pieced on a foundation paper which is a great way to do a swap as all the blocks end up the same size! She asked for fall coloured fabrics and gave the center fabric to each participant.
I quilted it with the Whirlygig pantograph as it is a swirly leaf design. I used beige So Fine thread and Quilters Dream Blend batting.
What a stunning design, and the layout, with dark, green, and light outside parts matching, the darker ones at the top , all over a superb quilt.
