Last year our guild did a Block Swap and this is Barbs swap quilt, the pattern is called String Me Along by Fons & Porter. She handed out the black fabric and the participants used there bright scraps to string piece the blocks.
I quilted it with the Ginger Snap pantograph and used pink So Fine thread.
The backing is a cozy pink flannel.
LOVE< LOVE this! I've quilted several for customers, but I would love to make one. Your snowy back drop is a fabulous view, we are currently experiencing a hot humid summer here in New Zealand.
