Coleen made this festive Triple Barnstar quilt, pattern by Amy Gibson. She used a Christmas themed layer cake and white background to make this 73" x73" lap quilt.
I quilted it with the Snow Winds pantograph, used white So Fine thread and Quilters Dream Blend batting.
seriously HOW do you get them to display so flat? Is there a photo backdrop stand or something behind there? And how's it clipped on if so? I have one but it has big ugly clips and I always see the legs in the photo.
ReplyDeleteI have a photography stand that I use and edit out the clips but on days the weather is bad I have started taking a photo of the quilt inside and them overlaying it onto my landscape quilt photos. I'm getting to old to lug quilts through the snow on cold days! :)
DeleteAhhhh so it's fauxtoshopped magic. Yeah, I could do that too but I'm usually too lazy. It's enough of a pain to download from iCloud nowadays. You do a great job post-processing your photos, worth the effort for sure!
