I looked at your post just before going for a walk with the dogs...in the snow. Then when I got home I cleaned up the kennel...in the snow. Then it was time to snow blow the latest snow from the driveway. I just came back inside and thought I'd better look at that beautiful quilt again...spring is definitely welcome to come early.
I have been quilting for 18 years and have turned my passion for quilting into a home business. Tamarack Shack Longarm Quilting opened it's doors January 2009.
This blog is where I share photos of my quilts as well as my clients quilts. I have recently become addicted to dyeing fabric especially snow dyeing as we have snow 6 months of the year. I also throw in few personal stories about living on the shores of Schist Lake, in Northern Manitoba, as life isn't all about quilting.

Lovely quilt....when does all that snow go away? That is really a lot! We usually don't get much snow this time of year. Thank goodness!
The colors are definitely spring like, will brighten up any room. I love the print and the panto, they go perfectly together. C

What pretty colours - I like purple and gree together. Boy what a lot of snow - we are in a heat wave, it was 38 degrees celsius yesterday.
