Cottage Quilt

dg1
This is Debbie’s Turning Twenty quilt and it is made from all plaid flannel fabrics.  She made if for her husband and was intended to be  birthday gift two years ago, well we all know how that goes!  So she is hoping to give it to him as surprise for his birthday next month or give it to him sooner as they just purchases a cottage. I think this would make a great cuddle quilt for their new cottage!

I used Dream Puff batting and brown So Fine thread on top and golden Bottom Line on the back.  The panto is called Bushberries and I think it really looks great on the flannels!

Debbie also send me a sweet wall hanging and the pattern is called Fairhaven by Villa Rosa Designs.  I used Northwinds for the design on this one.

    1. I think the first on is a Turning Twenty pattern but don't know the pattern name of the second one, if she used a pattern.

  4. Love both of these. There is a pattern for the second quilt. I have made several of them for kids charity quilts. I cannot think of the designer. I will take a look thru my charity patterns and let you know.

    2. I thought it was Two's Company by KariePatch Designs. After looking closer I see that the rectangle blocks are not sashed. This pattern can be made into 4 different sizes _ crib, lap, twin or double.
